Hares - Shagadelic and Crooner 19.
Location - Just in a square near Montemar alto train station
Hashers -14 and Kimbo
Virgins - Rosanna.
Visitors - Jock in a frock and Mrs Frock
A very select group of hashers , the crème de la crème tuned up for this city walk.
The rest of the Mijas Hashers were at the Malaga weekend.
Blanka Wanka stepped in as GM and introduced our virgin Rosanna and we all told her our names for the memory test at the end of the trail.
Shaggy explained the markings both in Spanish and English and I think there may have been a bit of Spanglish at one point, I was impressed anyway!
We set off following the extremely good markings that were found on lampposts , walls and even some restaurant floors weaving our way down to the coast and along into Benalmadena. The Looky looky or is it Lucky lucky men have some nice wares out this year so a little bit of window shopping done at the same time.
Beer stop on a nice bit of grass before heading our way back to the circle. The trail took us through a small food fiesta being held and Genie in a bottle took a short cut and was then caught eating a rather large cake.
We made our way to the lift to take us up to the park and back to the circle.
It was just a lovely trail , no hills, no loose stones under feet, no climbing, no scratches, no tunnels and no bamboo to fight through.(NFF’s type of trail).
Rosanna did very well remembering names, no real down downs to be honest as none of the usual reprobates were there!!
Pause button made really good friends with Kimbo.
He only scored the run a 0.1 because we made him walk! He was going on a school trip the following day and would be walking 15km, good practise I say.

On On was at Los Naranjas just right by the circle. A select 8 got fed and watered by a lovely family run business who even messaged Shaggy to say Thank you for using them.
Next week Stiffanny and Sandpaper Sally will be the hares.
