Dead F###ers:
Lanka Wanker: Ex-pilot and GM in the nineties.
Sir Roy Rogers. A gentleman and one of the old time hashers.
Trigger: Married to Sir Roy and her on-on curries were unforgetable
Limp toes sloth: A Mijas H3 GM, ex Oman hasher and always a Front-running-bastard.
Fender Bender: Left us too soon, great hasher.
Daffy Dildo: Out token Welshman, another on dying young.
Nipper: Always turned up with HMV. When over from the UK ran with us.
Veuve Clitot: Lovely lady fond of the bubbly stuff.
Ash: Aging sexual hero: That’s what he said! Ex-Madrid hasher. Died running on the Madrid hash.
Tweetki Pie: The Russian Godfather. Made sure we were all safe.
Elephant Arse: The Yank. Old time hasher fvrom China Great story teller, not sure about his down-down songs!
Beau Geste: A regular visitor from the London hash. AKA Just one more. Loved a beer or 2. We all had some lovely nights with him
Mummy’s Boy: Saved from this list by Yogi Bear. Living on borrowed time!!!!

First run of the new year and 35 hashers turned up to celebrate the ex-hashers now hashing in Hash-heaven. Nothing to do with the sunny weather or the promised delights of free Cava, scotch eggs and sausage rolls.
Also promised was a “short” run. Good news for Up yer bum, Yogi and Dogsy all passed their best.
The location was Colonics usual starting point, the school just before El Coto. We did a couple of Km. through El Coto before branching off into the stream bed (Another bloody stream bed!).
The beer stop was very near Dippers house for some great Cava and tapas. (Well done hares). The second half was was another 2 or 3 Km through some fun grassy trails back to base. There was a nice remembrance of all our dead hashers with look alikes for our dead departed.
Considering we have been hashing in Mijas since 1989 our death count is pretty low. Just goes to show that beer and hashing keeps us all going longer.
Long may it go on.

(Collicio de San Fransisco de Asís, Same old, same old) come off the N340 at las lagunas, take the Avinida de Mijas from the Ford garage up towards Sir Flakey and Stiffanny’s gaff. Cross 2 Roundabouts and the entrance to the car park is 50 meters on your right!
Look for flour on the road.
