Run - 1877 - 24 September 2023
Mijas hash run number 1877 , September 24th 2023 - Torremuelle.
Hares: Buggered in the woods / Chocolate starfish.
Hounds - 17.
On On - Pizzeria Pompeii.
No virgin runners , 2 anniversaries - Bad weasel - 5 and Rub her turd - 420.
The weather was sunny but not too hot. Kindergarten cop gathered us around and got the hares to tell us about the trail they had left . Two trails , Wimps and Machos, 2 beer stops for Machos and 1 for the Wimps. The hares had mentioned the Guardia civil had been watching them lay the trail and had to re do a bit. This transpired it was on the Wimps trail where basically it looked like handfuls of flour had been flung from a moving car window!!! The trail much to the disgust of the RA and 5 knuckle shuffle was actually up a steep hill before we met the hares and STTI at the first beer stop. Well we didn’t move from there for quite a while as the Machos in the mean time were having a tough time finding their trail. Just say when ran off to lead and eventually the group were all separated going their different ways. Bad people weasel stayed with Ricochet who’s watch constantly shouted out “Workout Paused”as he stopped at each lamp post.
The hares had now left the beer stop where the Wimps were to get to the Machos first beer stop , this was found by the machos but no beer and the hares confirmed they couldn’t find it and Wanka Blanka had a call from From Behind to confirm they were all lost. The several groups of Machos somehow managed to reconvene and started to attempt to get to their second beer stop where the Wimps were happily emptying the cool box of alcohol. Whilst waiting the RA and 5 Knuckle Shuffle went off to find Mummy’s boy who had gone on his own trail and found him at the beginning.
The hares in the meantime had got lost and Blanka Wanka had to send them a pin of our location so they could get back to us. We all headed back down to where the RA and other hounds were to start the proceedings of any punishments etc.
Both hares sat on the ice blocks on chairs and Chocolate starfish thought he would take advantage of this by dropping his pants in an attempt to freeze his piles off!!! Some nearby dog walkers needless to say were stunned.
We were all asked our scores and we had 8 Hash shits, being new Bad Weasel asked what this meant, good run but fucked up.
Other punishments included talking over the RA and telling stories about From Behinds appearance as a child.
Next event was to name Just Annie who after emptying most of the cool box of semi sec fizz which is definitely not a No No in her world needed a wee. Off into the bushes where a small waterfall was created hence her new name Niagara Fanny Falls (NFF) for short.
Off to the On On for a nice Italian meal and wine.
Beside it all, it was a great day and there was lots of laughter. Well done all.
