We all assembled at rotunda del la guitarra in the feria ground along the only shade of the wall. That made a u shape circle, but before we could get started, our visitors from Granada were rummaging through haberdashery to dress more fashionably in spotted socks, hotel california shirts and Mijas legins. (STTI was ecstatic and can now pay for my holiday to South America.)
JerryCan back from his Greek sailing adventures was stand in GM for thr GM and assistant GM.
He welcomed our visitors, Make Aubergine Great Again, Broken Bones and Not Tonight Jimmy from Granada and Just Christopher from Frecklys Fanny. An easy memory test this time with only one hash name.
El Sid joined us for the start but decided he'd walked enough for a Sunday and went home.
We were despatched by our hare Blanka Wanka. Go to the left of the metal fence we were instructed. We crossed over the A7 into a strange land of construction sites and then some ploughed fields. The trail was extremely well marked with no room for confusion. We eventually recrossed the A7 and back into the Feria ground but very cleverly avoiding the starting point. The trail took us through numerous pedestrian crossings and through Fuengirola's famous murals, eventually arriving at the long anticipated BS sign outside #19. A secret code gave us entry to the here's lair!
Meanwhile, the hare and STTI (limping from padel injury) shortcutted to the drink stop on foot. We sorted through From Behinds booze collection, (only drank a wee bit) , played ball with the other hare and checked out the in-progress renovations. Blanka Wanka reckons one day they will have electricity in the bedroom.
Cold beers and cava were enjoyed by all before the hare gave us instructions for the next part of the trail, which was a down a lane way which she described as the "hare's back passage". There were lots more pedestrian crossings, and we were back at the feria ground which now thankfully had some shade. Fantastic run, extremely well marked and as a bonus point, the murals!

RA Colonic took over punishing Rick O’Shea for falling into the pool with hearing aids in.. what did you say? And going to hospital appointment in Marbella when it was in Fuengirola,. What did you say? Some song about stupid I think.
The romantic newly engaged Freckly Fanny and Jonathan were called in.
3 minute puttintat was called in for making his walls crack upon returning from their honeymoon. He said it was the Granada earthquake. Yeah right!.
On on was BYO around aguasex's pool with a BYO picnic.
Great day all round.
And we can report that our Web master 5 knuckle shuffle is enjoying hospital food so much that he's still in there waiting for his ankle to be reset. They don't seem to be able to find an anaesthetist on operation day. Hashers have offered to give him enough booze.
Not long to the summer ball. Hope you've signed up. And hash cash always wants your money.
