It was an inauspicious start as the wrong pin was posted on the website which meant that I was in the wrong place. Not to worry as that is why we have a phone number on the website for lost souls, only the lost souls contact, Kindergarten Cop, did not pick up his phone. He later told me he does not carry his phone with him and people should rely on Gang Bang as he does!
In the circle, we were briefed on the details of the On On, but worryingly Gang Bang did not know the name of the On On restaurant or where it was!
An urgent message had been sent out earlier in the day as a temporary GM would be needed for today’s circle. I volunteered, but due to a very high standard of selection, sadly the job was awarded to another candidate. Well done STTI. I have applied to join a GM training session so that I might be better qualified for the application process next time.
Due to being tight with the beer purchase this week, there were only six beers left at the close of the circle. Luckily for the hares all the beers had not been consumed or they would have undoubtedly earned themselves Hash Shit.
With this whingeing out of the way, well done to Gang Bang for standing in as hare this week at very short notice and even providing a trail for the runners, which is becoming a novelty these days. (Sorry was that another whinge?).
It was noted that Gang Bang also brought chocolate slices for the Beer Stop not from LIDL nor ALDI but from the El Corte Inglés gourmet selection no less.
We also had not one, but two namings this week. Piss Flaps was renamed apparently on a technicality as her original hash name had been selected without following the appropriate hash voting regulations. (Do these regulations even exist?). Consequently, she was renamed Silk Knickers.
Second up was No name Angel. After ascertaining that he had previously worked in videos (nod, nod, wink, wink), he was quickly named Porn King.
I am unable to comment on the On On as I did not go, but I hope they found it!
Next week’s run is being hared by Bloody Pinocchio and Happy Days in the Montes de Malaga. Word on the street is that it will undoubtedly be run of the year!
