Run 1750 - 30 May 2021

She did it again! Never one to disappoint,  Just Say When really surpassed herself on this run, never has so much fun been had by so many hung over Hounds!!  

Hounds assembled in the car park and went underway after short discussions about where they had been drinking the night before! And Stiff Fanny offloaded as many Haberdashery items from her quickly set up market stall, which would have put Del Boy to shame. 

Hounds cheerfully embarked on the first section of the run which was halted by a welcome homemade orange juice stop in the fantastic backdrop of the caves. A few hounds were posing for the reluctant Hash Flash (Gang Bang) to take a shot, but it appeared she was too busy texting her mates to be bothered! However after some shouting she did oblige.  Some Hounds were grumbling through the lack of beer but found the orange juice surprisingly good and stopped moaning, comforted by the fact that there was a beer stop further on, much further on it transpired. 

From the orange juice stop JSW told us to climb over a high metal gate and then down to the rocks and water below. First over was Budgie followed by Out Dogging who gingerly made their way through the shallow water until they reached a deep pool of water where Budgie thought he would practice his climbing skills to try to avoid getting a soaking but tragically fell off his perch into the pool getting a full length soaking into the bargain, hounds were highly amused and even the Hash Flash managed to get a shot.  All the other Hounds were just observing the action like it was some sort of bush tucker trial and many decided at this point that this part of the run was not for them as they are cowards and soft yellow bellies!! (You know who you are). Suddenly Salmonella Rushdie came leaping over like a scene from Tarzan to help Budgie and Out Dogging out of the pool, Budgie was wet through to his Smugglers, but still in good spirits. 

From there the cowards went one way and those brave enough climbed up from the water into the tunnel.  Lots more climbing and a few very steep down drops took place before the beer, cava and carrot cake stop, which was disparately needed by this time. Budgie had almost dried out, literally. 

Then a short hike back to the circle, where reprimands were given to many including Pisses Bradwee who, in her intoxicated state the previous night, dropped her youngest child on his head. The RA threatened to call Child Services should there be a reoccurrence. 

Budgie announced that, after his dip, he thought there might be some bruises here and there.
